For as long as I can remember, I was surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the service industry. My father and his brothers owned a magnificent banquet hall that seated 1500 people, and for over 40 years, it was the heart of our family. It was in this warm, lively environment where I first discovered my passion for hospitality.

At the tender age of 14, I eagerly began working at the banquet hall. Starting out checking coats and eventually ringing the register at the bar for the waitstaff, I soaked up every aspect of the business. By the time I turned 16, I had become a full-fledged waitress, and my love for serving others grew.

Over the years, I honed my skills and gained a reputation for delivering consistently excellent service to our patrons. My dedication and hard work paid off when I was promoted to head waitress, a role that allowed me to coordinate unforgettable experiences for customers and their guests.

This knack for running events seemed to follow me everywhere. Social gatherings with friends often found me at the center, orchestrating everything from cooking to bussing tables and even planning the entire event. It became clear that hospitality was more than just a job for me; it was my calling.

So, around a decade and a half ago, when my wedding rolled around and it looked like I'd have to serve people wearing my gown, I decided to hunt for some trusted people who I could count on to serve my guests. After that night went on without a hitch, I decided to open my own business supplying waitstaff and bartenders to caterers and the general public. I called it Party Easers.
